PS what do I think? The more plant-based foods that we can include in the diet then the better, then let the quality be the focus, and then the specifics to meet our needs. I do eat animal protein; this is something that ethically I must be at peace with because I do believe that my body needs and thrives on certain nutrients animal foods provide that cannot be met without. But I aim to be as conscious and ethical as I can.
